Eddie Ray Stafford started Eddie Stafford Construction in the year of 1999 after working for 10 years as a lead carpenter for Boyd Coffey Construction. He started out doing remodels and single-family dwellings that included a large number of True Log Homes. In 2009, Mayland Homes was formed and started offering modular housing in addition to the site built homes. The business now offers a variety of commercial construction to include metal buildings.

Eddie will concur that the most rewarding part of his job is getting to meet people and making lifelong friends while making their dreams come true. He is a “hands-on” guy and is involved in every aspect of the building process, from design to finish, regardless of the project.

He is married to Sandye Stafford who is also a vital part of the business. Not only does she maintain the duties of the office, but also helps with the design of homes. She has years of experience helping homeowners pick out the finishes for their home, from cabinet styles to the color of the walls.

They have 2 sons, Stetson and Greyson, who have grown up helping with the business but are now seeking their own careers.
